The protection of your personal data is of particular importance to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (GDPR, Austrian Telecommunications Act 2003). Contact us
When you contact us via the form on our website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing your request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent.
Data storage
Furthermore, for the purpose of contract processing, we also store the following data: name, address, telephone number, and email address. The data you provide is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or for carrying out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data will not be transferred to third parties, except to the transport/shipping company we have commissioned for the delivery of the goods and to our tax advisor for the fulfillment of our tax obligations.
If the purchase process is cancelled, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the statutory retention period for tax purposes (7 years).
Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 Paragraph 3 TKG as well as Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a (consent) and/or Letter b (necessary for the performance of a contract) of the GDPR.
Newsletter
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we process the data you provide (email address and, optionally, your name). Additionally, technical data (e.g., IP address and time of registration) is stored during the registration process to be able to prove your consent.
